If your insurance covers towing, text me the contact information of your insurance agent.  Then I will call your insurance, and they can do a claim with your authorization.  Otherwise, your insurance company will reimburse you after you directly send us a payment.  I will provide you a link to Square Pay Request via text messenger.

Please text me instead of calling because it is much easier for both you and me.  Communicate via the mobile phone text messenger to do the following:

• Send a map location link or a map screenshot via text messenger to tell exactly where your vehicle is located. 

• Save your time by providing and saving the address of pick-up location and drop-off destination in the messenger.

• Send a picture of the vehicle and where the key is located via the messenger.  Otherwise, give the key to Circle K gas station attendant or other public service attendant for holding the key until a tow truck driver arrives.  NOTE:  The price will be reduced if the key is given to a tow truck driver for allowing to unlock the door, unlock the steering, and unlock the shifter prior to putting the vehicle into neutral to roll up onto rollback flatbed tow truck. 

• I will keep texting you updates about my tow truck's estimated time of arrival as the map navigator on tow truck tells me the ETA.

• Arrange the towing schedule easily via the messenger.   For your best, a tow truck driver will arrive on time at least one day after you make an appointment. 

• Save your time by using your card to send us a payment via the Square Pay Request Link even if you are not with your disabled vehicle waiting for a tow truck's arrival.  Square Pay Request Link will be provided to you via text message.
